Melantrich Apartments - brand new apartments situated in the largest Prague boulevard Václavské náměstí (Wenceslas Square)in the very heart of the city historical centre. From the balcony of the Melantrich House (former publishing company) Václav Havel gave his spechees which initiated the fall of the comunist regime in 1989.The building has been completely renovated in 2004 offers a excellent service for a pleasant stay.

Melantrich Apartments are situated close to highway D1 crossing Václavské náměstí, 5-minute walk from the Main Train Station and right on the Metro station Můstek.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
