From the airport:
Take bus number 100 to Zlicin metro station.
Take the direct line to Florenc station.
From here it is one stop by tram number 8 or 24 to the Bila Labut stop.

There is the CEDAZ minibus service which costs CZK 399 for 2 to 4 people and CZK 799 for 5 to 8 people.

The hotel offers a transfer service at a charge of CZK 600; the driver will be waiting at the airport arrival hall holding a sign with your name on it. This must be booked in advance.

From the main train station:
Take tram numbers 5, 9 or 26 to the Jindrisska stop.
From here it is 2 stops by tram numbers 3 or 24 to the Bila Labut stop.

The tram station is 100 metres, the subway and bus station are 300 metres and the train station is 800 metres from the hotel.
